“ The Ugly Duckling”

A little duckling was terribly unhappy because he thought he was the ugliest amongst
all his brothers and sisters. They’d not play with him and titillated the poor ugly duckling. One
day, he saw his reflection within the water and cried, “Nobody likes me. I’m so ugly.” He decided
to go away from home and went far-off into the woods.
Deep within the forest, he saw a cottage in which there lived an old lady, her hen, and
her cat. The duckling stayed with them for a few times however he was sad there and shortly
left. Once the winter set in, the poor duckling nearly froze to death. A peasant took him home to
his woman and kids. The poor duckling was afraid of the kids and escaped. The ugly duckling
spent the winter in a very marshy lake.
Finally, spring arrived. One day, the duckling saw a gorgeous swan swimming within
the lake and fell in love with her. Then again he remembered how everybody made fun of him
and he bent his head down in shame. Once he saw his own reflection in the water he was
astonied. He wasn’t an unsightly duckling any longer, but a handsome young swan! Now, he
knew why he had looked so completely different from his brothers and sisters. “They were
ducklings but I used to be a baby swan!” he said to himself. He married the gorgeous swan and
lived happily ever once.

white of the snow looked terribly pretty. Suddenly the queen thought “If solely I had a toddler
whose skin was as white as snow and whose lips were as red as blood”.

and kill her.
The huntsman had such a short heart that he couldn’t do the deed. He told her to run away. In
her fleeing into the woods, she found an area in which seven dwarfs lived. Their house was tiny and
strange. Snow White entered the insufficient house and located it terribly untidy. Then, she began to
shut down the whole house. upstairs she found seven very little beds. She was so exhausted that she
stretched on one in all the beds. Shortly then, she was asleep on the bed.
When the Dwarfs came home they were shocked to seek out Snow White and after some
argument, they set to let her keep. She is secure to cook and look after them. She lived there
happily.
Unfortunately, The Queen discovered the place wherever Snow White was living and disguising
herself as a witch. She then took a poisoned apple and kicked it off for the Dwarfs bungalow. She
gave Snow White the poisoned apple to eat and as presently as she bit the apple, she sank into a
state of mind.
Thinking she was dead, the Dwarfs engineered a glass coffin and placed her in it. For days she
lay within the forest in her glass coffin. One day, the prince was riding through the forest searching
for Snow White and located her. He leaned over and kissed her. She opened her eyes and sat up
with a smile. everybody was happy at that point. The prince took Snow White to his palace wherever
they were married and lived merrily ever once.

Once upon the time, Sunan Kalijaga planned to visit Sunan Muria in Pati, Central Java. He asked
his friends Ki Rangga to go with him. Several servants also joined them to carry their luggages. And
they began walking to Sunan Muria’s house.
Several hours later Ki Rangga felt tired. He was embarrassed to walk together with Sunan
Kalijaga because Sunan Kalijaga did not look tired while Ki Rangga was very tired and thirsty. Finally
Sunan kalijaga asked Ki Rangga to take a rest under a big tree. It was time for the Dzuhur prayer. But
there was no water around to clean up or ‘wudu’. Ki Rangga was Confused. He told Sunan Kalijaga
about it. Sunan Kalijaga only smiled and said, “We should pray for Allah SWT for water. Now you
must guard this big tree, Ki Rangga, It might bring water to us. But remember! Everything happens
beacause of Allah SWT. Don’t act alone. You must inform me when water comes out. I will be behind
that hill,” Ki Rangga promised Sunan Kalijaga to inform him when water came out. So sunan kalijaga
went behind the hill. Ki Rangga with his servants sat under the big tree. They quickly fell asleep.
Suddenly water came out of the big tree. Ki Rangga and his servants became wet. They woke up.
They were very happy to see water. They drank and played in the water. Ki rangga forgot Sunan
Kalijaga’s message to inform him when the water came out.
Behind the hill Sunan Kalijaga was worried. So he went to the big tree. He was surprised to see
Ki Rangga and his servants were playing in the water, “you forgot my message to inform me when
the water comes out. Instead you are playing in the water like a turtle,” said Sunan Kalijaga, softly. A
miracle happened. Ki rangga and his servants turned into turtles. Ki rangga was sad. He had changed
into turtles because he did not keep his promise. The water formed a pond. It is now called Sendang
Sani, in Pati Central Java. Many people still visit Sendang Sani now.

Raden Begawan saw him and soon realized that he had been enchanted by the wicked fairy. The
fairy could not accept this, so she killed Raden Begawan. When Princess Teja Nirmala heard this, she
was very sad. So a nice fairy took her to the Kahyangan.

Once upon a time there was a poor widow who had an only son named Jack. They were so poor
that they didn’t have anything except a cow. When the cow had grown too old, his mother sent Jack
to the market to sell it. On the way to the market, Jack met a butcher who had some beautiful beans
in his hand. The butcher told the boy that the beans were of great value and persuaded the silly lad
to sell the cow for the beans.
Jack brought them, happily. When he told his mother about this, his mother became so angry
that she threw the beans out of the window. When Jack woke up in the morning, he felt the sun
shining into a pan of his room, but all the rest was quite dark and shady. So he jumped to the
window. What did he see? The beanstalk grew up quite close past Jack’s window. He opened the
window and jumped to the beanstalk which ran up just like a big ladder
He climbed and climbed till at last he reached the sky. While looking around, he saw a very
huge castle. He was very amazed. Then Jack walked along the path leading to the castle. There was

Ingredients:
 1 pack or 12 burger buns
 1/3-pound chuck roast, rinsed and dried
 2 medium onions, chopped
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tomato
 barbecue sauce
 salt
 freshly ground black pepper

Steps:
1. Put olive oil in a pot. Then heat it on medium heat.
2. Cook the onions for about 5 minutes. Then, add the tomato and barbecue sauce while
increasing the heat to medium high and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Next, add the chuck roast and cook until the meat is very tender, for about 3 hours. Stir
occasionally.
4. Transfer the meat from the pot to a plate. Then, shred the roast into small pieces with a
knife and a fork.
5. Set the heat on medium-high until the liquid becomes thicker. Uncover the pot. Don’t
forget to stir it to prevent burning.
6. Put the meat back into the pan. Warm it thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
on buns.

Begins with 2 sets of Alternating Dumbbell Curls (workout that helps increasing endurance or
strengthening of muscles), Preacher Machine Curls (a weightlifting exercise for the biceps in which
a barbell is lifted by flexing the elbows), 2 sets of Cable Triceps Extensions (a strength exercise
used in many different forms of strength training), 2 sets of Overhead Cable Extensions (This
exercise is great for increasing lean muscle mass) and 1 sets of One Arm Reverse grip Triceps
Extensions. Rest for 15 minutes after finishing all of the sets.
After the 15 minutes rest continue for the chest workout, which includes 2 sets of Cable Crossover
to increase upper body strength, 3 sets of Incline Dumbbell Press (Done for building strength and
muscle mass in your chest), 3 sets of Dumbbell Bench Press and 2 sets of Push-ups. Rest for 20
minutes after finishing all of the sets.

Now for the last part of the training, Finn focusing on his abs, the body part most of the fitness
freaks are fanatic about. Finn does 2 sets of raised Leg Crunches and 2 sets of Seated Extensions.

EXAM INFORMATION AND PROCEDURE
The following section provides useful information concerning exam formats, procedure and
student responsibilities before, during and after examinations.

During the exam
 Listen to all instructions and announcements by invigilators and follow instructions
carefully as they will contain important information regarding both the detail of the
examination and the expected responsibilities of students until they have left the venue.
 Do not communicate with any other candidate during the examination. Students should
note that this is not restricted to verbal communications and includes any attempt to copy
from another student’s work or allow their work to be copied from them.
 Unauthorized communication between students will be dealt with in accordance with the
academic misconduct procedure
 Do not access any device or material that is not permitted in the exam.
 Unauthorized access to any devices or material that are not permitted will result in
evidence being confiscated and dealt with in accordance with the academic misconduct
procedure.
At the end of the exam
 A coordinating invigilator will announce to the room when the exam has twenty minutes
remaining, five minutes remaining and when the examination is ended. Students should
note these announcements to ensure they are prepared and all documents that need to
be submitted are filled in appropriately.
 Students are under examination conditions and should remain in silence when the
examination is ended listening to all closing instructions made by the invigilators.
 After the closing announcement invigilators will collect all required examinations
materials.
 No communication, verbal or otherwise is permitted during this period.
 Any unauthorized communication between students before permission has been given to
leave the examination venue may be dealt with in accordance with the academic
misconduct procedure
 Students will be specifically instructed when they have permission to leave the venue
and are no longer under exam conditions.
