    Sir:

    I am writing this letter to you, in re: return of a motor vehicle, Mazda Bt-50
    2019 model with plate number CAU2321 and two weeks rental payment for
    the vehicle amounting to twelve thousand pesos (Php.12,000.00).

    In your previous message, dated Nov. 13, 2023 that you will settle the
    weekly rental payment of Php.6,000.00 covering the dates of Nov. 6, 2023
    to No. 13, 2023, but the said balance has not been settled up to the present.
    Furthermore, the second weekly rental is likewise due for payment, covering
    the dates of Nov. 13, 2023 to Nov. 20, 2023 with the same weekly rental
    rate.

    Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to return the vehicle
    or settle the amount of corresponding boundary within THREE (3)
    days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the
    necessary legal action against you to protect my interest.

    I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
    to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
