This EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT , made, executed and entered into , by and

between :

RUFINO GOMEZ, JR. , Filipino , of legal age, married to Dioscora Gomez and a
resident of Moto Norte ,Loon, Bohol, Philippines , in his capacity as Proprietor/
General Manager of the Holy Name Funeral Homes, an establishment
engaged in providing funeral and other related services , hereinafter called the
EMPLOYER ;

-AND-

Spouses RONALD and YOLANDA JUMAWID , Filipinos , both of legal age,

and residents of Poblacion, Valencia , Bohol, Philippines hereinafter referred to only
as the EMPLOYEES ;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER has established and operated a funeral- services

business - engaged in providing funeral and other related services, in the Municipality of
Valencia and neighboring municipalities ;

WHEREAS, the above-named funeral- services business is duly registered and

known as the “ HOLY NAME FUNERAL HOMES “ and the same is doing business in the
municipalities within the Province of Bohol, Philippines ;

WHEREAS, incident to the management and operation of the HOLY NAME

FUNERAL HOMES, Valencia Branch , the Employer needs to employ the expertise and
services of the Employees ;

WHEREAS, the Employer desired to hire and as a matter of fact he has already
hired the expertise and management services and the Employees who accepted the
same , under the following terms and conditions,

TERM The term of this Employment Contract shall be fifteen (15) years
effective August 2023 to August 2038.
MONTHLY The Employees are entitled to a monthly salary or compensation
SALARY in the amount of ______________________(P______________)
/COMPENSATION per month which is payable at the end of every month.
PROHIBITIONS The Employees while employed are strictly prohibited , either
AGAINST THE directly or indirectly ,to engage in funeral services and other
EMPLOYEES related business .

The same prohibition shall extend within the period of fifteen (15)
years from termination of this employment contract.
REFERRAL TO A Incase of violation doubt or conflict in the interpretation of any of
MEDIATOR the provisions of this employment contract, the same shall be
INCASE OF referred first for resolution by a MEDIATOR who shall be
CONFLICT OR commonly appointed by both the Employer and the Employee/s.
DOUBT.
This alternative dispute resolution is a condition precedent
before any party goes to Court for a litigation.

 INCASE OF PRE- Incase of pre-termination of this Employment Contract by the
TERMINATION BY Employee, he/she shall give advance formal notice to the
THE EMPLOYEE Employer, at least six (6) months prior to the actual termination.
MUTUAL The parties hereto hereby bind themselves to faithfully abide
UNDERTAKINGS and comply with the foregoing terms and conditions of this
Employment Contract.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

 This EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT , made, executed and entered into , by and
between :

RUFINO GOMEZ, JR. , Filipino , of legal age, married to Dioscora Gomez and a
resident of Moto Norte ,Loon, Bohol, Philippines , in his capacity as
Proprietor/ General Manager of the Holy Name Funeral Homes, an establishment
engaged in providing funeral and other related services , hereinafter called the
EMPLOYER ;

-AND-

Spouses ZOSIMO CAJES and SUSANA GUCOR CAJES , Filipinos , both of

legal age, and residents of Poblacion, Buenavista , Bohol, Philippines hereinafter
referred to only as the EMPLOYEES ;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER has established a funeral- services business -

engaged in providing funeral and other related services, in the Municipality of Buenavista
and neighboring municipalities ;

WHEREAS, the above-named funeral- services business is registered and known as

the “ HOLY NAME FUNERAL HOMES “ and the same is doing business in the
municipalites of the Province of Bohol, Philippines;

WHEREAS, incident to the management and operation of the HOLY NAME

FUNERAL HOMES, Buenavista Branch , the Employer needs to employ the expertise
and services of the Employees ;

WHEREAS, the Employer desired to hire and as a matter of fact has already hired
the expertise and management services and the Employees accept the same , under the
following terms and conditions ;

TERM The term of this Employment Contract shall be fifteen (15) years
effective August 2023 to August 2038.
MONTHLY The Employees are entitled to a monthly salary or compensation
SALARY in the amount of ______________________(P______________)
/COMPENSATION per month which is payable at the end of every month.
PROHIBITIONS The Employees while employed are strictly prohibited , either
AGAINST THE directly or indirectly ,to engage in funeral services and other
EMPLOYEES related business .

The same prohibition shall extend within the period of fifteen (15)
years from termination of this employment contract.
REFERRAL TO A Incase of violation doubt or conflict in the interpretation of any of
MEDIATOR the provisions of this employment contract, the same shall be
INCASE OF referred first for resolution by a MEDIATOR who shall be
CONFLICT OR commonly appointed by both the Employer and the Employee/s.
DOUBT.
This alternative dispute resolution is a condition precedent
before any party goes to Court for a litigation.

INCASE OF PRE- Incase of pre-termination of this Employment Contract by the

TERMINATION BY Employee, he/she shall give advance formal notice to the
THE EMPLOYEE Employer, at least six (6) months prior to the actual termination.
 MUTUAL The parties hereto hereby bind themselves to faithfully abide
UNDERTAKINGS and comply with the foregoing terms and conditions of this
Employment Contract.
