    Subject: - Khelo India Women Athletics League” Sep 2023

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am pleased to inform you that Khelo India Women Athletics League” 2023 is scheduled
    to be held at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, Google Location: -
    https://goo.gl/maps/xauDRuhdXbd3qz978 on 17 Sep 2023.
    The Championships and events shall be organized in accordance with the Rules of Athletics
    Federation of India and the regulations will be framed by DAA.
    The SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) issued by Govt. of India/MYAS/SAI/AFI/DAA &
    Government of Delhi shall be followed for hosting this State Athletics Championships.
    Championships & Eligibility Details:
    1. An individual athlete can do entry directly by login to AFI portal.

    2. AFI UID is mandatory , Without AFI UID athlete will not be allowed to participate.

    3. An athlete can enter in TWO individual events only.

    4. Athletes who were born on or before 17 Sep 2007 will enter in this competition (Eligible
    age is 16 Years & above).

    5. The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on AFI Website directly by the individual
    athlete from 07th Sep evening to 15th Sep 2023 by 05:00pm.
    6. Entry Fee of INR 200/-(+GST) per athlete will have to be paid online along with entry.
    The entry fee paid is non – refundable.

    7. The Last date for receipt of Entries is 15th Sep 2023 by 05:00pm. In no case, entries
    after the target date will be accepted.

    8. The track event will be conducted on the basis of time trial. In the field events it will
    be on the base of 02+02.

    BIB Nos:

    Bib nos. will be issued on 17th Sep 2023 at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium (Call Room),
    Lodhi Road, New Delhi, Google Location: - https://goo.gl/maps/xauDRuhdXbd3qz978 .
    Failure to Participate:
    If any athlete fails to participate after sending the entry without any valid reason, he/she
    may not be allowed to take part in any subsequent event. The Federation has the right to
    reject any entry without assigning any reason.
    Disclaimer:
    DAA will not be responsible directly or indirectly for any loss of
    life/damage/illness/injury in connection to participation in 82nd Delhi State Annual
    Athletics Championships May 2022. All Athletes have to participate on their own risk.

    1. For any event with less than 3 entries, the event will be declared as ‘Trial’ and no medals and certificates will be issued.
