    I, Dominic B. Corpuz, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 654 Sampaloc Street, Pio
    del Pilar, , after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

    1. That I am the Classified Ads Manager of the Daily News, Inc. a domestic corporation duly organized
    and existing under and by virtue of Philippine laws with office and business address at 3654 Malvar
    Street, Sampaloc, Manila;

    2. That the said corporation publishes THE DAILY NEWS, a newspaper of general circulation published
    for the dissemination of local news and general information with a bona fide list of subscribers
    published at regular weekly intervals;

    3. That Notice for Summary Hearing for Petition for Appointment as Notary Public for and the City of
    Pasay, printed copies of which are herewith attached, were published in the said newspaper on August
    5, August 26 and September 16 2010.

    NOTICE OF HEARING

    Pursuant to the provision of Republic Act No. 776, as amended, Notice is hereby given the AIRSTISTIC
    EXPRESS CORPORATION has applied with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) an application for an original
    authority to operate as an international non-scheduled air transportation services. The application shall be
    given due course by this Board on or before 15 July 2010.

    Parties opposed to the granting of this application must file their written opposition supported by
    documentary evidence on or before the aforesaid date, furnishing a copy of the same on to the applicant, and if
    any so desire, appear before this Board on the said date. Failure on the part of any interested party to register
    its opposition on time shall be construed as a waiver of its right to be heard. Thereupon, the Board shall act
    upon the application on the basis of the records and documentary evidence presented by the parties, unless
    the Board deems it necessary to receive additional documentary and/or testimonial evidence.

    The applicant is required to have this Notice of Application published at least once a week for three (3)
    consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, and/or have copies thereof sent to existing airfreight
    forwarders either by personal service or registered mail with return card at least five (5) days before 15 July
    2010.

    Let a copy of the application and this Notice be posted the CAB Bulletin Board beginning this day.
