    Original Petitions, all Ops, Review Petition, Execution
    Petitions, Private Complaints made before Magistrate and
    Revision thereon and to all the cases filed by Banks and
    Financial Institutions in the District Judiciary Directions
    issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Madras –
    Instructions issued – Reg.

    In pursuance to the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras vide


    R.O.C. No.76436A/2023/Comp3, dated 16.08.2023, mandatory e­filing of
    cases is extended to the courts dealing with Anticipatory Bail Applications,
    MCOP cases, Rent Control Cases and Rent Control Appeals, Trust Original
    Petitions, Succession Original Petitions and its Appeals, Guardian Original
    Petitions, all OPs, Review Petition, Execution Petitions, Private Complaints
    made before Magistrate and Revision thereon and to all the cases filed by
    Banks and Financial Institutions.

    Further the concerned courts are hereby instructed not to insist the filing
    of physical copies unless and until it is required.

    The receipt of this Proceedings shall be acknowledged.
