    Date of On-line Test / Clarification re ardin CAllB

    With reference to Circular Letter no.-2023-24/60 dated 24.08.2023 regarding


    initiation of promotion process from Clerical Cadre to General Banking Officers Cadre,
    we advise that On-line Test of promotion process will be held on Sunday -19.11.2023
    (morning session).

    2. Further, we are receiving queries from Zones regarding allotment of marks for
    CAllB (whose result is declared in the month of August 2023), in cases where candidate
    is unable to produce the final certificate.

    3. In this regard, you may assign marks to those candidates who have passed cAllB
    in August 2023, after receipt of marksheets (pending receipt of final certificate) while
    verifying his/her promotion application in HRMS and mention the same in remarks
    column. You may obtain an undertaking from such candidates that they will submit the
    final CAllB certificate on or before 30.09.2023 lest marks will be deducted accordingly.

    4. You are advised to keep the track of such cases and ensure to obtain the
    documents within stipulated time. Immediately, upon receipt of certificate, get it updated
    in his/her PDC in HRMS. Thereafter, you may report us the cases where candidates have
    failed to submit the same for deducting specified marks allotted for CAllB.
