    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, POL VINCENT LAZO ANGELES, proprietor of A-BLOCK CONSTRUCTION


    with office address located at #0451 Purok 3B National Highway Calapacuan, do hereby
    name, constitute and appoint Aivy Bael Baustista, Filipino, of legal age, single with
    residence and postal address at #92 Upper Kalaklan Olongapo City to be my true all lawful
    attorney-in-fact to act for and in my name and place and stead, to do and perform the
    following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

     To make SIGN, FILE, EXECUTE, PREPARE, PROCESS, REPRESENT, and any


    contracts or any other documents of whatever nature or kind including filing, signing,
    endorsements which may be necessary in proper compliance with all government
    agencies for the renewal of my PCAB license.

     To perform any and all relative matter for the fulfillment of the given authority.
    Given and granting unto our Attorney-in-Fact the full power and authority to do and
    perform all acts and thing whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
    fully to all intent and purposes as I might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying
    and confirming all previous transaction of all kinds and all that my said Attorney-in-Fact, her
    delegates or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
