Rose Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ¼ tsp Citric Acid
 2 pinch Salt
 1/8 tsp Rose Essence
 Pink Color as required

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Kala Khatta Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water/Soda


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ½ tsp Jeera Powder
 ½ tsp Rock Salt
 ½ tsp Citric Acid
 ½ tsp Kala Khatta Emulsion

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water/soda.
Shikanji Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water/Soda


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ½ tsp Citric Acid
 1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
 Rock salt as required
 Few drops Lemon Essence
 1 pinch Lemon Zest

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water/soda.
Rasna Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ½ tsp Orange Emulsion
 ½ tsp Citric Acid
 ¼ tsp Salt

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Roohafzah Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Glucose Powder
 ¼ tsp Citric Acid
 1/8 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Roohafzah Emulsion

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Pan Bahar Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ tsp Glucose Powder
 1 pinch Salt
 1/8 tsp Citric Acid
 Few drops Green Color
 Few drops Paan Masala Essence

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Strawberry Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water/Soda


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tsp Glucose Powder
 ¼ tsp Citric Acid
 ½ tsp Strawberry Emulsion

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water/soda.
Mango Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ½ tsp Citric Acid
 ½ tsp Mango Emulsion

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Pink Guava Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Glucose Powder
 ¼ tsp Rock Salt
 ½ tsp Guava Essence
 Few drops Pink Color

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water.
Lemonade Sharbat

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Water/Soda


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Citric Acid
 ¼ tsp Lemon Essence

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled water/soda.
Butterscotch Shake

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Milk


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Glucose Powder
 1 tsp Corn Flour
 1/8 tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Milk Powder
 1/8 tsp Butterscotch Essence
 1/8 tsp Yellow Color

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 4 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
Espresso Shake

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Milk


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ½ cup Milk Powder
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ½ tbsp Bru Coffee
 ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 4 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
Hot n Cold Shake

Ingredients:-

 100 ml Hot Milk


 100 ml Chilled Milk
 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
 1 tbsp Corn Flour
 2 tbsp Glucose Powder
 ¼ cup Milk Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and mix in 100 ml hot milk & 100 ml
chilled milk together.
Banana Shake

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Milk


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Glucose Powder
 1 tsp Corn Flour
 1/8 tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Milk Powder
 ½ tsp Banana Emulsion

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 4 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
Badam Shake

Ingredients:-

 200 ml Chilled Milk


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 ¼ cup Glucose Powder
 1 tsp Corn Flour
 ¼ cup Almonds
 ½ tsp Almond Essence
 ½ cup Milk Powder
 2 drops Brown Color

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 4 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
Thandai Shake

Ingredients:-

 150 ml Chilled Milk


 100 gms Sugar Powder
 12 gms Almonds
 10 gms Pista
 7 gms Melon Seeds
 7 gms Saunf
 3 gms Elaichi
 1 gms Black Pepper

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
Cappuccino Shake

Ingredients:-

 125 ml Chilled Milk


 1/3 cup Sugar Powder
 ½ cup Milk Powder
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 2 tbsp Whip Cream Powder
 1/8 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 2 tbsp Coffee

Method:-

 Mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Don’t put water in grinder.


 Take 3 tbsp of this mixture and add in chilled milk.
