Productivity Tools, also known as productivity software, are software that people
use to create and produce professional quality documents, presentations,
databases, charts, graphs, and more.
Minimize- Keep slides count to minimum to maintain a clear message and to keep
audience attentive.
Clarity- Avoid being fancy by using a font style that is not easy to read.
Simplicity- Use bullets or short sentences. Summarize the information on the
screen to have your audience focus on what speaker is saying than on reading the
slide.
Visuals- Use graphics to help in your presentation but not too many to distract the
audience.
Consistency- Make your design uniform.
Contrast- Use light font color on dark background or vice versa.
