    In celebration of our 13th feast for our Mother of Perpetual help chapel, youth takes its initiative to hold
    a league event.

    We are the members of Mother of Perpetual Help Basketball coordinators for Basketball League on June
    28, 2023.

    To ensure the successful event participation of the teams. We would like to request your kind support
    through financial assistance

    In acknowledgement of your support. We would cite you as one of event sponsors in all the promotional
    and/or published material we intend to produce for the said tournament. We are looking for your kind
    attentive and consideration
