How to create a workout?


1. The letters in your name create your workout.
2. Either do the exercises based on time (30 minutes each exercise, 10 reps each or use a dice and roll the dice that
indicates how many reps to do for each exercise).
3. If doing the workout alone, allow 30 seconds between each exercise to march in place or walk around to bring
your heart rate back down before doing the next exercise.
4. If playing with others, you can create fun rules such as everyone choosing their lucky number and if you roll that
number, you don’t have to do the exercise but everyone else you are playing with does.
