    REMINDERS TO PARENTS and GUESTS BEFORE THE


    PROCESSIONAL

    Good Morning everyone!

    In a few moments, we are going to start our graduation ceremonies.

    At this point may we invite all our graduates together with their parents to
    go to your respective areas for the processional.

    To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all our guests to
    please set their mobile phone to silent mode.

    Family and guests are expected to show courtesy by refraining from leaving
    their seats in order to take pictures or by talking to graduates.

    May we also request all photographers and other guests to stay away in
    the processional area, the graduates’ seats and the stage area. We have
    official photographers who will take your children’s photos during the
    processional and during the distribution of diplomas.

    Graduating Class of School Year 2018-2019.

    Elementary School, the Representative of the Schools
    Division Superintendent, our guests, and the school principal.

    Emcee: Let us show our deference by standing still as we sing the


    National Anthem with Mrs. Delia D. Auman, conducting

    To formally open our ceremony, may we call Mrs. Melissa E.


    Borromeo, Faculty President for the welcome remarks.

    Emcee: At this point, let us listen to the valedictory address of Paul


    Vincent C. Clavo.

    Emcee: To present to you the candidates for graduation, may we call on


    our school principal Mrs. Mirasol F. Ribano. To do the honors of
    confirmation, may we request the representative of our School
    Division Superintendent Mrs. Adelina L. Denido, PSDS District
    VII.

    Emcee: To introduce to us our guest speaker, may we call our


    school principal Mrs. Mirasol F. Ribano

    Emcee: Thank you Arch. Hannah S. Regalado. To express our gratitude,


    May we call our school principal and the public schools district
    supervisor to present the plaque of appreciation to our guest
    speaker and alumna. The citation reads:

    Emcee: We will now proceed to the awarding of Honors and Special


    Awards. This will be followed by the distribution of diplomas.
