     Responsible for Vendor Invoice Processing with PO & Non-PO.
     Posting Park document and Converting Park document into Final Document.
     Having good knowledge in creating & updating the Vendor details in SAP.
     Responsible for Checking and Verifying Vendor Invoices and Purchase Return.
     Involved in Report Preparation, Prepared report for Different-Different Line Items of
    Vendors.
     Involved in 3 Way Checking and Payment Processing.

     Perform Purchase Return and Down Payment Activity for Vendor in SAP.
     Checking all AP Invoices, Receipts has been posted in Proper sub account or not.
     Good time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities within Deadline and
    SLA.
     Negotiating payment terms with vendors and suppliers
     Oversee Commercials aspects of Procurement contracts
     Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and
    procedures
     Ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
     Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management
     Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department
    controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
     Resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners.

     Intermediate Sri Chaitanya junior kalashala, TS in 2011
     SSC ST.xavier’s High school, in 2009
