History
Banana chips, banana fritters, to the also popular cheese
banana. Cheese banana is a variation of the widely known
banana fritter. Banana fritter comes in two varieties, bananas that
dipped in flour batter and fried and bananas that are peeled and
directly fried Banana fritter was fit introduced by the
PORTUGUESE, who had the habit to eat banana as breakfast.
The habit was introduced to SOUTHEAST ASIA when the
PORTUGUESE conquered INDONESIA. They added flour batter
to peeled bananas and fried them. The habit spread to
INDONESIA people and remains popular until now.

The upper part of our logo is the name of our business in the
form of bold font. That is designed in a visually unique way. The
left side of our logo is the tagline that catch the attention of the
customers. The graphic picture of our logo is unique because it's
catch the attention of our customer The picture will also
communicate to the customers to buy our product.

The NASA Special Banana with Cheese is a unique and
mouthwatering treat that combines the natural sweetness of
bananas with the creamy goodness of cheese. This delightful

In our business plan, we really look our competitors. In
this part of business plans we investigate that we know of what
happening of us, so we can compete them effectively. We
consider the following competitors the Grade 12 ABM, school
canteen the main competitors. They offer a variety of meals and
snacks, and sometimes have a rotating menu to keep things
interesting. The vendor outside the school this are common in
many schools and offer a variety of snacks and drinks. They are
quick and convenient option for students. Food stalls or kiosks or
small businesses to set up food stalls or kiosks within the school
premises.

B. Production Process
1. Place ripe bananas in a pot and pour some water. Cover and
boil bananas until cooked.
10. Deep fry until golden brown, flip to cook the other side.
11. Remove cooked bananas cheese rolls, and drain excess oil in
a paper towels.
