I. INTRODUCTION

History
Banana chips, banana fritters, to the also popular cheese
banana. Cheese banana is a variation of the widely known
banana fritter. Banana fritter comes in two varieties, bananas that
dipped in flour batter and fried and bananas that are peeled and
directly fried Banana fritter was fit introduced by the
PORTUGUESE, who had the habit to eat banana as breakfast.
The habit was introduced to SOUTHEAST ASIA when the
PORTUGUESE conquered INDONESIA. They added flour batter
to peeled bananas and fried them. The habit spread to
INDONESIA people and remains popular until now.

Product Description
Our product, banana with cheese, combines the natural
sweetness of bananas with the creamy richness of cheese,
creating a unique and delicious snack. Every bite of our banana

cheese is sourced from high-quality dairy farms, guaranteeing its

ingredient in various recipes. It is perfect for those seeking a

Objectives
 To get the attention of our customers by using tent cards and
posting in social media, if they will buy they can get a lot of
health benefits, and also our products is affordable for all
people. Because our products is unique and have a good
quality.
 To gives our customers an affordable price so they can save
their money and also
give their satisfaction and fullness.
 To operate our business by providing potential investors,
lenders or stakeholders. And we manage it effectively so we
can function it day by day.

The upper part of our logo is the name of our business in the
form of bold font. That is designed in a visually unique way. The
left side of our logo is the tagline that catch the attention of the
customers. The graphic picture of our logo is unique because it's
catch the attention of our customer The picture will also
communicate to the customers to buy our product.

The NASA Special Banana with Cheese is a unique and
mouthwatering treat that combines the natural sweetness of
bananas with the creamy goodness of cheese. This delightful

snacks, and sometimes have a rotating menu to keep things
interesting. The vendor outside the school this are common in
many schools and offer a variety of snacks and drinks. They are
quick and convenient option for students. Food stalls or kiosks or
small businesses to set up food stalls or kiosks within the school
premises.

In our market locations at ELEMENTARY GYM OF


GNHS-HILAITAN. This common area where students gather, and
outsiders, making it a great location for a small market, it could be
a place where students sell homemade snacks.

and savory cheese offers a unique taste. Nutritious because
banana are a good source of potassium and vitamins and the
cheese provides protein and calcium. Innovative cause this
product is not common so its novelty could attract the costumers

Our market pricing is very affordable for all, because our


special banana with cheese is cost of 10 php each, and they can
choose how much cheeses they want. So if they will but they can’t
regret, give them fullness and they can save their money.

In our market promotion we closely promote our product by
using social media campaigns because they are very popular in
today’s digital age. We can use the platform of Facebook to reach
a wide audience. In our strategy we can either change lower price
than its competitors or change the same price but make a higher
profit.

A. Plan A

We sell our special banana with cheese at school, and we


use unique flavor combination, and high quality ingredients.

B. Plan B

If local sales within the school are not as high as we expected,


we consider expanding to online sales.

C. Plan C

If the current marketing efforts are not reaching enough


potential customers, we consider expanding our market strategy
by partnering the local influencers or hosting promotional events

V. DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION PLAN

A. Production Requirement

a) Special banana with cheese

 24 pcs. ripe banana

 4 cups of all-purpose flour

 1 cup refine sugar

 2 packs of cheese

 4 whole egg

 2 packs breadcrumbs
 1 bottle vegetable oil

B. Production Process

a) Special banana with cheese

1. Place ripe bananas in a pot and pour some water. Cover and
boil bananas until cooked.

2. Remove cooked bananas in the pot and peel it.

3. Transfer peeled cooked bananas in a large bowl. And mash


cooked bananas.

4. Add sugar to the mashed bananas, and all purpose flour.

5. Mix well until well combined.

6. Grease clean hands with oil.

7. Scoop about 1 tablespoon full of banana mixture.

8. Flatten mixture and add cheese in the center as fillings, make


it roll.

9. Dip banana cheese rolls in a beaten egg, and coat with


breadcrumbs.

10. Deep fry until golden brown, flip to cook the other side.

11. Remove cooked bananas cheese rolls, and drain excess oil in
a paper towels.

12. Serve immediately!

and want may be popular today not be the same in the future.
