    I Machiel Daniel Bester Meyer, the undersigned Conveyancer, do hereby certify and confirm
    that as at date of registration with respect to the undermentioned unit:

    Married out of Community of Property
    (“the Transferee”)

    IN RESPECT OF TRANSFER OF

    A unit consisting of -

    (a) Section Number 22 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan
    Number SS 42/2019 in the scheme known as CINO VILLAS in respect of the
    land and building or buildings situated at SINOVILLE EXTENSION 39
    TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN
    MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional
    plan is 145 (One Hundred and Forty Five) square metres in extent; and

    (b) an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned
    to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on
    the said sectional plan.

    Held by Deed of Transfer ST70332/2019

    A. The Body Corporate, established in terms of Section 2(1) of the Sectional Titles
    Schemes Management Act, No. 8 of 2011, has certified that as at date of
    registration all moneys due to the Body Corporate by the Transferor in respect of
    the said unit have been paid.

    B. No Real Right of Extension of the scheme known as CINO VILLAS, as


    contemplated in Section 25 of the Act, is registered in favour of the Developer or
    the Body Corporate.

    C. The Transferor is not a Developer.

    D. Provision has been made for the separate rating of the said unit and a clearance
    certificate by the local authority is lodged herein.
