I. ACTIVITY TITLE: TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY
III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS: All SB Officials, Regular and Job Order Employees
V. RATIONALE
Team building is a management technique used for improving the
efficiency and performance of the workgroups through various
activities. It involves a lot of skills, analysis and observation for forming
a strong and capable team. It focuses on building trust, regulates
communication, increase productivity, brings people together, fosters
creativity and learning, healthy competition, makes people more
accepting, resolves conflicts, employees can acquire new skills and
improves company culture.
Teamwork makes the dream work: A team that works together,
performs and excels. As Andrew Carnegie rightly said, “It is the fuel
that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
VI. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the activity, the participants are expected to:
● Enhance their knowledge on their duties and functions as
employees;
● Develop camaraderie and cohesiveness; and
● Develop their leadership capabilities.
