This research study focuses on "Why mobile banking is becoming a more reliable customer

service. The first part of this paper includes an introductory explanation of this topic

where research background, problems and purposes are included. The next part discusses

the research objectives, questions, methodology and significance of this research. After

this, the following part is about the Literature review where scholarly articles, journals

and newspapers contributed to understanding this topic. The following parts discuss the

data analysis of primary and secondary data. The required analysis is made to explore the

factors based on the data. One part contains the managerial implications of this research,

where various factors are discussed for managers. Then it describes the limitation and the

future scope of research. Lastly, a paragraph is discussed on the conclusion of this

research and several recommendations. The statistical analysis of SPSS and the survey

Questionnaire are included in the Appendix.
