    Tell me about yourself?

    My name is John Mhel Alcantara. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business


    Administration, Major in Marketing. I hold a TEFL certificate. I enjoy helping kids to improve their
    English skills in a fun and productive way

    This is my first job application, and I believe that it will help me to improve my communication
    skills and interpersonal skills by gaining an experience speaking in front of others. Joining this
    industry can help me to become more confident in speaking English language. It can also help
    me to meet my satisfaction since I am about to share my knowledge with other people because
    when I was young I dreamed to be a teacher, and this is a great opportunity to fulfill that dream.

    And I’ve always been the kind of person who is passionate about trying new things and
    learning new stuffs. That’s why I am here, I am ready for a challenging assignment, and this
    position really excites me. I can’t wait to learn more.

    Why you are willing to work there?

    I am willing to work here because I want to continue my passion. I dreamed to be a


    teacher when I was young and I believe that 51 Talk will help me to achieve that. And it is
    home-based job, since we are on online schooling, I have a flexible schedule. And I’m willing to
    teach Chinese students in speaking English language to make them speak out, standout and
    comfortable using the universal language. 51 talk is the leading English education platform from
    China that specializes in providing learners with live online English lessons. So I decided to
    apply in this company because I have a feeling that it will be helpful for my career in terms of
    speaking.
    How will you manage your time if you have work and you are a student?

    I can manage my time by doing a time management exercise in which I will schedule my
    time for my class, my responsibilities at home, and my time for work. And I believe it is
    attainable since I am capable of multitasking.

    My working area is in my room; the background is already white, and this is the
    place where I feel more comfortable working.

    How do you see 51 talk as a company?

    I see 51 Talk as a company who gives opportunity for people who wants to gain
    knowledge about English Language. They also provide opportunity for those people or
    employee who wants to enhance their skills, knowledge, and develop their passion.

    Why do you think you are the best candidate for the job?
    I can bring this type of success to this position. I am confident that I am a good fit for this
    position for several reasons, but most specifically because of my dedication to going above and
    beyond in a job. I am committed to learning any new skills on my own to succeed in this role.

    What is your weakness?

    My biggest weakness is the lack of real-life work experience. Now, I am here applying,
    however, willing to do my best and catch up as fast as I can.

    Why should we hire you?

    To begin, I have enough knowledge of basic English. If you hire me, I will be able to
    share my knowledge of the English language with the other people which allows me to fulfill one
    of my childhood dreams. And it It is to be a teacher. Even though this is my first time applying
    for a job, I assure you that I will try my best to finish my tasks effectively and to be perfectly
    qualified for the role. I will continue to deliver high-quality work for the continued success of your
    organization.
