    - The agrarian reform program is founded on the right of farmers and regular farmworkers,

    farm workers, to receive a just share of the fruits thereof. Agrarian reform is making life
    better for Filipino farmers without land. It's not just about giving them land but also
    letting them have a say in decisions that affect them. This helps make the country more
    democratic. A large portion of the Filipino population depends on agriculture for their
    livelihoods, making agricultural reform essential for poverty alleviation efforts, so fixing
    problems in this area can help them have better lives.
