COALS, I DECIDED TO CALL IT “FOCUS”. WHILE GOALS SOUND HEAVY AND FAR FETCHED, FOCUS,

ON THE OTHER HAND, IS A POWERFUL ACTION WORD. SETTING GOALS IS NOT ENOUGH, SO WE’LL

WORK ON OUR WHY TO SET PURPOSE AND INTENTION TO EACH GOAL. THEN WE FIGURE OUT OUR

HOW TO HELP YOU CREATE ACTIONABLE SYSTEMS AND REALISTIC ROUTINES TO GET YOUR GOAL.
