Aaron Dobson for direction It was determined that the subject would be released to a responsible party. The subject subsequently contacted Sgt. Dobson to complain about the arrest, the fact that his vehicle was towed, and that he needed his CPAP machine, which was in the vehicle, in order to sleep. A ‘deputy was sent to retrieve the CPAP machine and deliver it to the subject's house.
