Position Details
Responsibilities
• Our client is a healthcare product company listed on the NASDAQ. They work with health systems, health
plans, and provider groups to provide care that is preventive, easy to access, and coordinated. We are
looking for the smartest and most talented engineers to build web and mobile apps that are both complex
and interesting.
• You will make products and services for our members, their caregivers, clinicians, hospitals, and health plans
so that our members have the best experience and health outcomes.

Skills & Requirements
• You’re passionate about writing code, building amazing products, and delivering the highest caliber of code.
• You like working with teammates to innovate and build products you will be proud of.
• You love learning new skills and working on a variety of projects.
• You have hands-on experience with JavaScript and any related frameworks (React, Vue, Node, etc).
• You have hands-on development experience using C#
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development experience or MS in Computer Science, including object-oriented
design or object-oriented programming.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design and analysis.
• Experience in the implementation of web applications and APIs.
• Experience in following software development best practices and automated test frameworks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Position Details
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with React, Node.js, and Typescript would be a big plus.
• Experience developing with .NET (.NET 6).
• Experience with Azure highly preferred (Cosmos Db, Azure functions, Service Bus…)
• Mobile experience (we use React Native).
• Hands-on experience developing publicly-facing web applications.
• Healthcare domain software development experience would be nice, but definitely not required.
Interview Details
• The language of the interview will be C#/Javascript (when applicable).
• They will ask two algorithm questions on C# and assess skills in data structure, time complexity, clean code, and debugging.
• The main focus is algorithms and data structures.
• Arrays, lists, dictionaries, trees, how to use them where to use them.
• Time and memory complexities of operations on those data structures and the whole algorithm containing them.
• Strong understanding of basic algorithms and concepts: sorting, traversing, recursion, etc.
• Strong communication skills, being able to tell chain of thought when approaching problems also asking for key help when
necessary.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Understanding common design patterns are a plus.
• Building APIs with C#/.NET
• Understanding of React (component lifecycle, events, hooks..)

• The candidate will be a subcontractor of Gini Talent for the defined period.
• The candidate will be responsible for issuing an invoice to Gini and claiming his income tax.
• The candidate will be responsible for using his own equipment.
• The candidate will be paid on a man/day basis.
• Salary currency is going to be USD.
