    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATORIES PRINCESS GRACE L. BERMUDEZ


    THE SK CHAIRPERSON OR SK TREASURER JOSIE FLOR D. TUCONG OF THE
    BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TO PICK UP SNAPSHOT AND
    MONTHLY BANK STATEMENT IN THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES,CABADBARAN
    BRANCH.

    WHEREAS,Section 20 (b) of the Republic Act 10742 states that the SK shall have
    financial independence in its operations, disbursements and encashment of the funds,
    income and expenditures. As such the SK funds shall be deposited in the name of the
    SK of the concerned barangays in a government owned bank situated in or nearest to
    its area of jurisdiction with the SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer as the official
    signatories;
    WHEREAS, SK Chairperson Princess Grace L. Bermudez and SK Treasurer Josie Flor
    D. Tucong are the official and authorized signatories;
    WHEREAS, Hon. Princess Grace L. Bermudez or Sk Treasurer Josie Flor D. Tucong
    are hereby authorized to Pick up Snapshot and monthly Bank Statement in the Land
    Bank of the Philippines, Cabadbaran City Branch.
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Rhea Jane A. Vilbar, duly seconded by all
    members present it was;
    RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED,. A Resolution Authorizing The Signatories
    Princess Grace L. Bermudez The Sk Chairperson or Sk Treasurer Josie Flor D. Tucong
    Of The Barangay Magsaysay Sangguniang Kabataan To Pick Up Snapshot And
    Monthly Bank Statement In The Land Bank Of The Philippines, Cabadbaran Branch.

    Adopted this 4th day of December 2023 at the Barangay Session Hall,Barangay
    Magsaysay,Jabonga Agusan del Norte Il
