    Dear Mr. AKHILESH
    With reference to your application and further to the interview held, we hereby confirm our intention to appoint you as
    a “CIVIL HELPER” in our firm effective from the date of receipt of approval of your employment from the authorities
    concerned as per Oman Labor law.
    Your salary, benefits and duties are as follows:
    Position : “CIVIL HELPER“
    Probation Period : 06 Months.
    Monthly Salary : Basic: OR 100, 00 Per Month + FREE FOOD.
    Overtime applicable as per confirmed subject to successful Completion of probation
    period of 6 months. Whilst the candidate dose not perform to the standards and
    requirement of the company deduction in agreed salary shall be effective without
    assigning any reasons there to.
    Accommodation : Provided by the company, sharing accommodation at company camp.
    Transportation : Company shall be provided general transportation from camp work place.
    Leave : 30 days paid leave in 2 years.
    Working Hours : 9 Hours + OT and Duty days: 26 Days working
    Air Ticket : Economy class air ticket to Muscat-Mumbai- Muscat for self upon completion of 24
    months continuous service.
    Duties & Responsibilities : You shall perform your duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
    Other Benefits : As per OMAN Labor Law.
    In case of discontinuation of service within the validity of work permit/visa, initiated by your selves, the expenses
    bone by the company shell be deducted from your account.

    NOTE: - As mentioned above in this agreement the Second Party (Employee) Mr. MD YASIN first 2-month Salary will
    be kept on Hold by the Co. & will be only released after 24 months if the Second Party (Employee) Mr. MD YASIN
    continues working in the Co.
