--It’s about cultural globalization because I’m too curious about what the connection between
culture and globalization is and I’m also interested in how those people from different
countries communicate. And finally, in my head, I have questions. Will cultural globalization
be valuable?

3. Briefly explain your initial understanding about globalization (100 words). Do not refer to any sources.
--The process of integration of economies and cultures and their worldwide effects. Is the
period of time used to explain societies, services and invests. Our current state of affairs can
be understood because the historical strategies that outline globalization cutting edge
strategies, each with its own unique economic, political, personal strategies globalization.
Examples of globalization in generation the use of mobile phones to connect human beings
worldwide and in food industry globalization, taking into account the adapting edge of
McDonald’s. Each have a personal unique economic, political and cultural. They have the edge
of global demand acceptance.
4. Do the following:
a. Open your cabinet, pick 10 of your clothes, list the brand names and country of origin of each item
b. Pause for a while, imagine yourself eating your 10 favorite foods and list them. Identify what cuisine
each food belongs.

5. Based on your answers in number 5, rate how much Filipino are your preferences, by counting the
number of Philippine brands (for number 4) and Filipino cuisine (for number 5) and divide it by 20
multiply by 100, to get the percentage. The answer means how much you prefer Filipino brands and
foods. The remaining percentage may mean how globalized you are.
Note: The computation is not standard, as there is no standard measurement for a globalized individual.
