    Press Release – For Immediate release.
    March 29, 2024
    Box Elder, Mont.
    Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross announced that 3 individuals have been arrested and charged in relation to the
    homicides that occurred during the early morning hours of March 28, 2024, in Box Elder, MT.
    Angel Isaiah Castillo Haffley, 18 years of age, of Corning CA, has been arrested for deliberate homicide.
    Angelo Hawk Sanchez, 18 years of age, of Corning CA, has been arrested for deliberate homicide by
    accountability.
    A 16-year-old juvenile male has been arrested for with Deliberate Homicide.
    All adult males are in custody and will have initial appearances in Hill County Justice Court. The juvenile case
    will be heard in District court. Any further information will come from court proceedings.
    Sheriff Ross thanks the agencies assisting for their hard work in a complicated case involving multiple
    jurisdictions, crime scenes and potential witnesses. Involved agencies: Hill County Sheriff’s Office, Chouteau
    County Sheriff's Office, Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Cascade County Sheriff's Office, Rocky Boy’s Tribal
    Police, Havre Police Dept, Tri County Drug Task Force, MT Dept of Criminal Investigation, FBI, MT Dept of
    Corrections Probation and Parole, Montana Highway Patrol.
