1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned


counsel for the respondents.
2. The present criminal writ petition has been filed for
direction upon the respondents to proceed with the investigation
expeditiously in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No.124 of 2023,
dated 02.04.2023, registered for the offence under Sections 147/
148/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 307/ 427/ 504 of the Indian Penal
Code and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ ST (POA) Act, pending in
the court of learned Special Judge, SC/ ST Act, Giridih.
3. Considering the nature of prayer, the present criminal writ
petition is, hereby, disposed of directing the respondents to
proceed in the matter, in accordance with law, and conclude the
investigation as quickly as possible.
4. With the above observation and direction, the present
criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
