Design and Development charges:

• 50% in advance on acceptance of purchase order
• 25% on Beta Release
• 25% on final release

b. Cost for the proposed features only, for additional features or modules, cost will be extra.
a. Additions will be treated as change requests and will be billed additionally.
d. All rates (Project cost) mentioned above is excluding all taxes

f. Cost for content development is not under the scope of this proposal.
9. The above offer is valid for a period of 45 days.
h. We warrants proposed solution for 6 months from the date of release. Client may opt AMC for
further support if required.
i. This commercial proposal is applicable for said features/requirements only. For any additional
modification or changes in features, additional cost is applied.
j. System Acceptance takes place after 30 days from the date of completion of hosting
k. The client must review the functions captured in this Quote as the fmal requirements. Any missing
functions/features should be added before signing up the project. Unidentified or missing functions
during the proposal preparation {By both us as well as the client) will be treated as a sepa.rate quote
at any stage later to the contract sign up.
I. Data entry, Data Migration, Art work and photography are not underthe scope of work of us
for this proposal.
