AMENDED MOTION FOR WRIT OF REPLEVIN

The Plaintiff, NEIL J. GILLESPIE, a nonlawyer appearing pro se, henceforth in the first

person, gives Notice of Remand and Pending Amended Motion for Writ of Replevin, and states:

1. On February 28, 2024 counsel Defendants ALPHABET INC. and GOOGLE LLC

removed this case to federal court (DOC 17 Marion County Circuit Court).

2. The removed case was docketed as case no. 5:24-cv-00101-MMH-PRL, United States

District Court, Middle District of Florida, Ocala Division, U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales

Howard presiding. The federal civil docket for the federal case is attached.

3. On March 26, 2024 Judge Howard entered an ORDER (DOC 19) remanding the removed

case back to this Court. The ORDER is attached. The federal case docket shows case closed.

4. At the time of Judge Howard’s order remanding the case back to this Court, my amended

motion for writ of replevin was pending as DOC 15, and is attached to this notice.
