DEFINITION
ROBLINER is a 2K acrylic polyurethane coating that provides high levels of protection. Its high
mechanical and chemical resistance makes it the ideal product to cover the visible parts of trailers,
pick up's or other visible surfaces that can be exposed to the most demanding conditions, both
physical and environmental.

MIXING RATIO

ROBLINER BLACK
For RB1 gun application, add directly the indicated quantity of hardener to the can. Close the can
again. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes and the product will be ready to be applied.

ROBLINER TINTABLE: This is the tintable version which can be applied with the desired colour. This
product can be tinted with the concentrated bases from the Roberlo Disolac system. Use solvent based
pigments to improve the results, do not use water based systems to tint Robliner.

Tint: To the desired covering, add between 5-10% (over component A) depending on color of
concentrated pigment. In the tintable version, to reduce the texture and obtain a finer finish, the
amount of solvent should be between 5-10%.

APPLICATION METHOD

These parameters: Pressure, Distance and Nozzle diameter can be modified to customize the type
of finished textured desired.
Before coating the vehicle, it is recommended to coat a test panel to ensure the final appearance of
the finish.

RECOATING

If recoated after 24 hrs, it is recommended to sand slightly with Robrite

Store the product in a ventilated place far from direct exposure to sunlight. Keep between
+5ºC and +30ºC.
