    COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

    I. I, EMILY NAVARRO, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. Mojon,


    City of Malolos, Bulacan after being sworn in accordance with law, do
    hereby accuse RALPH MENDOZA of the crime of ACT OF
    LASCIVIOUSNESS committed as follows:

    1. At around 11:00 PM of April 8, 2024, I and my colleagues went to KV Disco


    Bar to drink and relax.

    2. After almost an hour, the accused and his friends approached us and
    introduced themselves before asking if they can join the table with us which
    we accept since we will not stay for too late.

    3. On about 12:30 AM, I and my colleagues decided to go home but the accused
    and his friends insisted that we should stay until 1:00 AM.

    4. After declining the offer, I went to the restroom and the accused follows as he
    insisted that I should leave him a goodbye kiss which I ignored but he grabs
    my arm the kissed me in the cheeks while his hands were touching my private
    parts.

    5. I pushed the latter and shouted for help which the security guards of the bar
    heard my pleas. They confronted the accused and asked me what happened
    and I explained it to them what he did.
    6. My colleagues after finding out what happened called for law enforcers and
    arrived in the place, but the accused and his friends cannot be found and
    already flee the bar.

    7. The foregoing facts and circumstances are true. I freely depose


    them without any force or intimidation done against me.

    8. To attest the truthfulness and veracity of antecedents, I, Emily Navarro,


    complainant, affix my signature below.
