    MA&UD - Town Planning - Transfer and postings of certain officials - Orders - Issued.

    In view of the administrative exigency, Government hereby affects the following


    transfers and postings:

    1) Sri S. Devender Reddy, Chief City Planner (CCP), GHMC is transferred and posted
    as Director of Town &: Country Planning (DTCP), vice Sri K. Vidyadhar,
    transferred . Sri S. Devender Reddy, DTCP shall also hold the post of Member,
    Planning (HMDA);

    2) On transfer Sri K. Vidyadhar, DTCP is posted as Director (Planning), HMDA, duly


    relieving Sri S. Balakrishna, from the incharge responsibilities of Director
    (Plg-1), HMDA;

    3) Sri S. Balakrishna, Director (Plg), MA&UD is transferred and posted as Planning


    Officer, HMRL. He shall also be the Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory Authority
    (RERA);

    4) Sri G. Shiva Sharanappa, Director-2, HMDA is transferred and posted as Director


    (Pig.), MA&UD;

    . 5) Sri K. Srinivas, Director (House Numbering), GHMC is transferred and posted as


    Director (Plg.-2), HMDA;

    6) Sri M. Rajendra Prasad Nayak, Planning Officer, HMRL is transferred and posted
    as Chief City Planner (CCP), GHMC in the arising vacancy;

    7) On promotion to the cadre of Additional Director of Town Planning,


    Smt. M. Bhavani Rani is retained in V&E Deptt as Additional Director Town
    Planning;
    8) On promotion to the cadre of Additional Director of Town Planning,
    Smt. B.S. Chandrika is retained as Chief Planning Officer, VTADA, until further
    orders;
    9) On promotion to the cadre of Additional Director of Town Planning,
    Sri B. Pradeep Kumar is posted as Additional Chief City Planner, GHMC;

    10) On promotion to the cadre of Additional Director of Town Planning,


    Sri 8. Venkanna is retained as City Planner, GWMC, Warangal until further
    orders; and
    11) On promotion to the cadre of Additional Director of Town Planning,
    Sri K. Gangadhar is posted as Additional Chief City Planner, GHMC;
