Dear Aisuluu Temirbekova,


On behalf of Eleven Wishes Salon (SALON AL-AZAFER MEMIZA Women Beauty Shop) (“Employer”), I am
pleased to offer you a position with Employer as a Position beauty technician and you will report to your assigned
Manager.
1. Employment Agreement

1.1 Our offer is contingent upon obtaining the legal requirements for the employment of foreign nationals in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is also contingent upon approval and receipt of the appropriate employment
authorization for you to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your actual start date of 10 May 2023 will be
confirmed once your employment authorization has been confirmed. Your employment is also subject to
the completion of a physical examination to the satisfaction of the Employer prior to the commencement
of employment. This letter sets out our offer of employment to you.

1.2 Your basic salary will be USD 2200 per month, payable in arrears. There are currently no personal income
taxes imposed in Saudi Arabia.

1.3 You also recognize and agree as a condition of your employment that you may be required to perform
similar work in any position or department, temporarily in accordance with local law, as requested and
directed by the "Employer" in its sole and absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the
"Employer" (or its affiliate) is the “Manager” of the "Employer", and Employee understands that Manager
is being authorized to take any action required or permitted to be taken by the "Employer" in connection
with your employment.

1.4 You acknowledge that your start date will be the actual date of your arrival in Saudi Arabia. You will be
employed under probation for a period of three (3) months (the “Probation Period”), excluding Eid al-Fitr
and Eid al-Adha holidays, Saudi National Day, and sick leaves, as provided by Saudi Arabian law, during
which time either party has the right to terminate the employment contract without cause and without any
advance notice or compensation by way of wages. Thereafter, a notice period of thirty (30) days will be
given in writing indicating the intention of terminating employment in writing by either side.

1.5 Your employment shall be for One (1) Year and shall terminate upon the expiration of its term unless
renewed for a period agreed upon. If the employer and employee operate post-expiration of the such fixed
contract, the contract will be deemed renewed on the same terms as the original contract following the
successful completion of your probationary period.

1.6 While employed by the Employer, you will not work for any other person, firm, or corporation in either
paid or unpaid capacity, in accordance with laws applicable to the issuance of work permits under our
sponsorship. In addition, you will not be entitled to transfer your sponsorship during the term of your
employment contract or thereafter Except with the Employer's approval

1.7 Employer will pay the reasonable fees associated with processing your local residency visa and work permit
sponsorship.

1.8 Under no circumstances is it acceptable for an employee of the Employer, under the sponsorship of the
Employer to disclose confidential information or to trade or work in conflict with the interests of the
Employer.

1.9 The Employer will pay for the reasonable transportation costs for you from Point of hire to Saudi Arabia
and the transportation costs to repatriate you upon completion of your contract.

1.10 Transfer of sponsorship will not be allowed during the term of your employment or thereafter Except with
the Employer's approval

2. Accommodation
You will be entitled to a Shared room, in our Staff Accommodation.
3. Employee Transportation & Uniform
Employer would provide you with free transportation from housing to workplace and uniforms.

4. Medical Coverage
You will be covered by Medical Insurance as per the Employer's policies and procedures.
5. Annual Leave Entitlement
You will be entitled to twenty-five (25) days of vacation. In addition to annual vacation, you will be
entitled to 9 days of public holidays per year (non-cumulative) to be availed locally. After completion of
two (2) consecutive years of service, you will be entitled to thirty (30) days of vacation. To the extent
consistent with law, vacation time must be used in the year it is earned, with no cash compensation option
in lieu of the same. Under no circumstances may unused vacation days be accrued or accumulated unless
prior written approval is obtained. The scheduling of holidays will be at the discretion of your Employer.
6. Airline Ticket Entitlement
Upon completion of twelve (12) months of uninterrupted service with the Employer, you will be entitled
to a returned economy excursion ticket, with no cash value associated, to your point of origin which is
defined to be as (Pont of Hire ).

7. Sick Leave & Leave of Absence


Sick leave and leave of absence on any other account will be granted as per Employer’s Policy and the
Saudi Arabian Labour Law.
8. Resignation of Employment
If you resign from your position before completing the term of your contract, the Employer reserves the
right to recover from you a percentage of the total charges for an inbound ticket, visa, medical, and any
other recruitment and relocation costs paid for by the company on a pro-rated basis. In addition, you will
be responsible for all repatriation costs to your jurisdictions of origin.

9. End of Service Gratuity Entitlement


You will be entitled to an end-of-service gratuity remuneration per Saudi Arabian Labour Law, provided
that at least two (2) or more years of continuous employment have been completed.
10. Conditions of Employment
10.1 You will be dealing directly with the public and it is therefore critical that you adhere strictly to the Code of
Ethics of our Company. The Employer has the right to revoke or introduce a new Code of Ethics, as may
be necessary from time to time, and you agree to observe the Code of Ethics.

10.2 You further agree to abide by all rules and standards of conduct set down by the Employer from time to
time.

10.3 You agree that the contract of employment formed by your acceptance of this offer shall be governed by
the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

10.4 This offer is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Employer and the Saudi Arabian
legislation, which shall govern in the event of any dispute.

Acknowledgment
This conditional offer of employment shall remain open until 15 March, 2024, and if not accepted by you on or
prior to this date and time as provided below, this offer shall be deemed to have been automatically withdrawn and
have no further effect.
Upon your acceptance of this offer, a valid and binding employment contract will exist between you and your
Employer, subject to the conditions set forth herein (including the completion of a local residency visa, where
applicable, and work permit sponsorship). By accepting this offer you agree that you have reviewed the terms and
conditions of this letter and that the same is acceptable to you. If the terms of this offer are acceptable to you,
please sign the attached copy of this letter and return it to the Employer ([email protected]) at your earliest
convenience, but no later than 15 March 2024.
