    FACTS OF THE CASE

    Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 2:30 PM, June 1, 2024, a theft incident
    was transpired in Brgy. San Lorenzo, Bangui, Ilocos Norte. Wherein the victim was identified as
    Juan y Dela Cruz, 30 years old, single, street vendor and the suspect Pedro y Reyes, 35 years old,
    also a street vendor, both residents of said place. While the victim left his food cart to go to the
    toilet, without his consent, the suspect stole five packs of his Kikiam. After the incident, he
    immediately fled toward Brgy, Lanao, Bangui, to sell the Kikiam.
