Remarks The overall quality of the product is very good, but still a lot of bugs have been reported by IT / ST team, where i would like to see
in future at least a trend towards more stable developer deliveries. But more important of course is the delivery to customers,
which is very good! Of course we get customer issues reported but we see a kind of normal trend of reportings here. No
indication of unusual high service calls regarding SINEC NMS ! Thats very good!

Remarks The instable SieCloud network lead to many false negatives (bugs, which are no bugs) and cause lots of effort to find the root
cause and to clarify with SieCloud team and to turn the system back to an operational and up&running system. I have the feeling
that in last 12 month nearly every 1-2 month a severe issue was due to SieCloud problems! I see space for improvement here.
Maybe the SieCloud could investigate a process of sandbox testing of updates or server migrations before they really move /
update the system? Or any other means to improve the stability?

Remarks In the domain area of WinCC OA we lost a lot of old developers and architects and the new ones have a very tough task to dig
into the old SINEMA Server / WinCC OA legacy code. The result is that some issues (like the improper handling of excluded
SNMP OIDs) which are actually easy to fix (some new conditions in source code) could not be fixed because the developers
needed to first fetch the know how. They needed to investiaget the old code. They needed to ask the old team members, who
are still there but in different project. That results in longer time duration for issue analyzation, fixing and verifying. Hope to get
some stability in the OpMon team for the future in manner of keeping the people in the team for longer time (for years). Need to
see how we can reduce the risk to loose those with the know how?

Comments The communication between the bangalore dev / test team to german team and to customer service / pre-sales is extraordinary
good! The team adapted to changed milestones and feature sets very agile, fast and patiently. The commitment towards the
critical end release phase of every version was outstanding! All the over-hour works and work on weekend to meet the timeline
was just stellar! I very much appreciate the awesome team work and collaboration with the SINEC NMS dev / test team and the
managers in PA and Advanta. Keep up the good work! Hope for many more releases!
