    ORDER
    As per the notification read above, two Non State Civil Service officers
    have been appointed to Indian Administrative Service, Kerala Cadre from the
    Select List of 2022. On appointment to Indian Administrative Service, the
    officers are posted as follows:

    1. Shri. Binu Francis IAS is posted as Deputy Secretary & Director,


    Programme Implementation, Evaluation and Monitoring Department.
    2. Shri. Harikumar K IAS is posted as Deputy Secretary, Scheduled Castes and
    Scheduled Tribes Development Department. The officer will hold the full
    additional charge of Backward Classes Development Department.
