    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


     Ensure conducting Daily Pre-start verification and briefing (Tool Box Meeting) for Workers
    and supervisors.
     Report any lapses, near misses immediately and analyze different near miss occurrences
    and take appropriate action to avoid the repetition of same / similar occurrence in the
    future.
     Ensure to conduct Safety Inspection on the Site.
     Ensure to Conduct Various Trainings, Including Emergency Procedures, Construction
    Safety Training, Work at Height Training, Drivers Training, Scaffolding Training, Electrical
    Safety Training etc. (for workman and supervisor’s).
     Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees at the required
    area.
     Ensure all Permits Work Permit every day before start the work at site.
     To ensure that the pre-start briefing and verification are conducted by the Supervisors /
    Engineers and the records are maintained.
     Ensure all personnel are educated in fire prevention practices and the use of fire
    extinguishing equipment.
