    As our long term financial institution partner we commend your utmost concern
    and dedication to help the policemen in responding to their financial needs . We are all
    aware of your excellent capability in realistically helping us in sustaining such needs as
    we strive to perform our duties and responsibilities as professionals in our fields.
    The Tacloban City Police Office Station II- of Abucay Tacloban City is
    currently strengthening the capability of the office to the deliver its Community
    Relations Advocacy Campaign services to a wider scope of stakeholders. Some of
    highlights of this noble engagement relates to the Community Education (Com Ed.)
    Campaign on Illegal Drugs Awareness and its adverse effects for the Youth, Anti-
    Terrorism Laws, and Children’s Rights and other pressing issues that needs to be
    disseminated in the community.
    Relative to the aforesaid engagement one of the basic concerns of our office is
    the lack of equipment and facilities particularly the LCD Projector and Screen which
    will be used to present our Audio Video Materials during in our advocacy sessions. This
    is very important for us in order to clearly translate the understanding of our lessons
    and inputs to our participant publics.
    In this regard, we are once again knocking your benevolent and generous heart
    to support and sponsor us in the said lacking LCD Projector and Screen equipment. This
    will surely be a big help for us in effectively implementing our Community Advocacy
    Campaigns and other related activities to the marginalized communities in our locality.
