    1. That she is appealing the 18 December 2023 Decision and 29 April 2024
    Resolution of this Honorable Office. A copy of the latter was received by the
    Complainant on May 13, 2024, the Order being contrary to law, facts and evidence
    obtaining the records and if not reversed or set aside will greatly prejudice the rights and
    interests of the Complainant;

    2. That in interposing the instant appeal, assures that this instant appeal is not
    intended to delay the proceedings of this case.
