    Note: During the project Execution, as per the detailed Engineering & Product in time availability SWAN SOLAR SERVICES shall supply the above make
    of materials, or else as mutually agreed with the client.
    Note: Swan Solar will provide all back-to-back warrantees as provided by the OEM. Extended Warrantees if required shall be charged extra.

    Assumption:

    a. We have assumed that Solar Power shall be evacuated at local LT panel of Client.
    b. Client shall provide spare feeder at LT panel.
    c. Power Evacuation from solar plant will be at 220V/415V. We have considered total of 50 meters transmission AC cable from Solar System to LT panels.
    Any additional length of cable required shall be provided by us at extra price.
    d. Encumbrance free roof access shall be provided by client.
    e. Construction water and power shall be provided by client at free of cost.
    f. Remote monitoring system is considered in the offered price. Client must provide static IP address along with no firewall protection.
    g. Indoor Space provision for all control panels (if applicable) & Inverters supplied by SWAN SOLAR SERVICES will be in Customer's scope.
    h. Liaison, Procurement and obtaining approvals from DISCOM for Net-Metering shall be done by us wherever charges are in client’s scope. SWAN SOLAR
    SERVICES shall provide technical & documentation support.
    i. GST Indicative Values have been calculated as below:
    (#) Any change in taxes/duties at the time of despatch/ invoicing due to statutory variation shall be to the purchaser’s account.

    1.2 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1 Scope Of Work SWAN SOLAR SERVICES (“Contractor”) scope is restricted to supply, installation, and commissioning of solar PV plant as
    per agreed scope, technical offer and specifications.
    This scope is for agreed timelines and in accordance with other provisions and obligations of each Party. Unless specifically
    agreed by us in writing, no other supply or services shall be considered as part of our scope/ deliverable /obligation.
    2 Price Basis Delivery to Site
    3 Transportation Transit Freight & Insurance Included for indore only extra for out site indore
    4 Term of Payment (1)· 30% Advanced Booking ·& (2) 70% Before panel Dispatch
    5 Packing Packing will be done as per Swan Solar Services Standards.
    6 Confidentiality / All the information exchanged between the Parties, either oral or written, in connection with this Offer/ Contract, shall be
