    1. That the above suit is pending for disposal before this Hon’ble court and

    listed for 02.04.2024.

    2. That the petitioner wants to file some additional documents i.e. medical

    prescription of the mother of the petitioner dated 21.02.2024 when she

    fell on the road while trying to save her grandson Master Ambar Chauhan

    from kidnapping and certified copy of the joint statement of both the

    petitioner and the respondent dated 01.02.2024 wherein both the parties

    agreed that the custody of the child will remain with the petitioner and the

    respondent has only visitation right. The same are relevant to prove the
    version of the petitioner and contempt committed by the respondent.

    3. That the respondent has deliberately and intentionally rescinded the terms

    of the MoU, joint statement and the directions of this Hon’ble court.

    4. That the additional documents could not be supplied to the counsel on

    time by the petitioner due to ill-health/injury of the mother of the

    petitioner.

    5. That the petitioner has approached this Hon’ble court with bona fide

    intention and without any prolonged delay. Hence, the petitioner craves

    from the Hon’ble court to allow the present application for taking on

    record the additional documents.

    6. That the petitioner is agreed to bear any terms and conditions in respect

    of admission of the present application by the order of this Hon’ble court.

    PRAYER

    It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court

    may graciously be pleased to allow this application of the petitioner for

    adducing the additional documents in the interest of justice,
