Client Background:
National Fire Protection Armour (NFPA) is the leading Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributor,
Supplier, Service Provider, Trader of Fire Safety Appliances and Services. The company is established in
2012.It is based in Pune and it operates PAN India. Main headquarter is in Pune and almost eight to nine
work station/ Sites across India. Like Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Bengaluru etc.
The company service provider of Fire Extinguisher, Automatic Fire detector, Suppression System, Safety
sign Boards, Gas detectors and many more. Providing Fire Safety Training program all over India.

National Fire Protection Armour is an innovative start-up company that enables


businesses to take proactive and corrective actions by changing the way the current system is being
used and or by providing the world-class products which best fit to customer’s requirement. NFPA has a
wide range of products from the international and local market, to get customers Expected requirement
fulfilled. When it comes to the requirement of Safety, Security, Surveillance or software development, a
customer can rely on NFPA’s assured services. NFPA caters a wide range of verticals like Enterprises,
Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Automobile, Hospitality, Health, SME and much more.

Project Objectives:
The company need the Software Application for Human Resource Management System (HRMS). To
increase the performance and organization of the entire range HRMS by developing some sections.
Wanted the Integrated Automation Solutions it means software application is used to manage human
resource and related processes throughout the employee lifecycle. An HRMS enables a company to fully
understand its workforce while staying compliant with changing tax laws and labor regulations. To
Manage the human resource of all over branches from Head office. Having Solutions Onboard, Manage
& Track workforce, Salary, Attendance, Training Section, Shift Management and so on.

Scope of The Project:


The Scope of project is defined in below Formats/Points.

The Company deals in many Products related to fire safety. Having wide work system process. It is
having some major users or working head.

1.Super Admin Master (Company Admin Head).

2.Admin (HR Executive)

3.Department (Head)

4. Employee

Above Users or Working Heads having some specific responsibility to perform so everyone
Have different accessibility.

Employee Master:

The Employee Master is the one of the Most important Part in the organization. The employee master
database which Keeps each and every minute information about candidate in details which is
beneficiary for company work process. One of the main important activities done by the HR department
is maintaining accurate information about the employees. Some of the critical pieces of data that need
to be maintained include:

Training Management:

This function focuses on upgrading the knowledge and skills of the employees. New Appointed are
trained on the product and processes of the organizations. Employees are also trained in various soft
skills such as team building, leadership skill etc. and behavioral skills such as time management,
etiquette etc. The training modules are designed and delivered based on the gap in the skills required
and the set of skills which employees possess.

Shift Management:

Employee Shift management Modules allows the user to create and manage employee work shifts. The
administrator can create various shifts according to the working hours and assign the shift in the

The software enables to allocate required resources in each shift and also ensures that you have enough
human resources ready to work in a planned shift.

1.Leave Types Management:

Employee Leave Type Management is one of the most regular yet most Crucial of tasks for the HR
department of any company. There are various types of allotted or stipulated leaves, Some leaves are
planned, some are unplanned, some could be medical leaves, some could be casual. All these leaves
however need to be monitored for all the employees for proper functioning of the employee
management.

Leave Type entails of the following sub modules to ease of the HR team Functioning:

.Holidays are government approved days that an organization provides for its employees as a day off
from work for a particular reason, like Christmas or Thanksgiving or Labor Day. If spread across
geographies , then you will comply accordingly. All this can be difficult to create , manage and keep track
