MATERIALS &TOOLS
• Yarn: dark orange, gold, light orange & white (less
than 1 skein of the following: Bernat Satin “Golden
Rod”, Caron Simply Soft “Gold” , Red Heart Soft
“Tangerine”, “White”)
• Crochet hook (any size; consistent throughout
pattern)
• Polyester stuffing
• Scissors
• Sewing needle
• Stitch marker
• A small amount of black embroidery floss or black
thread
• Felt or wool: black, orange & white
• Needle felting tool (if needle felting) or glue/thread
(if using felt)
ABBREVIATIONS
Sc – single crochet
Hdc – half double crochet
Dc – double crochet
Slst – slip stitch
Inc – increase (2 single crochet stitches in one stitch)

ASSEMBLY
• Locate two of the increases on the head from
round 13 & place pins in them. This will make
it easier to do the sewing.
• Sew the body to the head.
• Sew the collar around the top of the body.
• Sew the face patch to the head between
rounds 12 & 13. It should sit evenly between
the increases from round 13.
• Sew the ears to the top of the head.
• Using the tail from the right ear, sew the ears
together about half way up.
• Sew the legs to the feet.
• Sew the foot pads to the feet.
• Sew the arms to the body.
• Sew the legs to the body.
• Sew the tail to the back of the body. It should
help balance the Scorbunny so he sits.
• If using felt: using a picture of Scorbunny as a
reference, cut two ovals out of black for the
eyes. Cut two smaller circles out of white &
two half circles out of orange for the eyes. Cut
a small triangle out of pink for the nose. Glue
or sew the pieces down.
If needle felting: using a picture of Scorbunny
as a reference, create the eyes using black.
Add a small white circle & half circle out of
orange. Create a triangle for the nose using
pink.
• Using black embroidery floss or thread, embroider the mouth below the nose.
