• Description
• KFL is a thin, self-lubricating polymer film coating with PTFE and special fillers
• Can be applied as a thin layer to a substrate without subsequent machining
• KFL provides a a durable, lubricious, low friction surface

• Thickness: 0,025 to 0,051 mm; typical 0,025 ±0,013 mm
• Temperature range: -54°C to +163°C
• Substrates: Any metallic surface
• Surface speed: 4,5 m/min max.
• Coeff. of friction: 0,04 to 0,12 depending on conditions
