‘Good Health – A Blessing’

Good health is like a gift. It's a treasure. It helps us enjoy life. When we have good health, we
have lots of energy. We can run and play. We can have fun and explore the world.
Good health makes us feel strong. It helps us stay happy and full of joy. We can learn and study.
We can spend time with our friends and family, and that brings us happiness and laughter. But
we need to take care of our good health. Eating healthy food, exercising, and getting enough
sleep are important.

So, let's be thankful for good health. Let's take care of our bodies and minds. Good health is a
precious gift, and when it's gone, we realize how valuable it is.
