    MEMORANDUM OF FACTS

    I, Venkat Purushotham, Advocate, c/o. PVR Legal Associates, No.33,


    Annaswamy Mudaliar Road, Opp Ulsoor Lake, Bangalore-560042, do
    hereby humbly submit and state as follows:-

    1. I submit that I am the advocate for the Petitioner herein and that I am
    fully aware of the facts of the case herein.

    2. I submit that the petitioner had filed the above case for setting aside the
    order dated 08-12-2022 passed by the Assistant Commisioner,
    Bengaluru North Sub-Division, Bengaluru in RA(BE) 66/2021.

    3. I submit that I have carried out paper publication as per the orders of
    his Hon’ble Court.

    4. I submit that I want to file the application to advance the above case
    from 03-06-2024 to 07-03-2024 in order produce the copy of the paper
    publication before this Hon’ble Court.
    5. I submit that, No-Prejudice or hardship will be caused to the
    respondents if the accompanying application is allowed. On the
    contrary irreparable loss and injury will be caused to me if the said
    application were to be rejected.

    WHEREFORE, it is prayed that, this Hon’ble court may be pleased to


    allow the accompanying application as prayed for, in the ends of Justice
    and equity.
