    Coordination At present I am working in Biocon Biologics India Limited, Bangalore as an
    Assistant manager– Production and I am taking care of Upstream Process
    activities. I have 9 years of Experience in, upstream and Primary downstream
    Manufacturing process of 2Biosimilars (Bevacizumab and Trastuzumab) large
    molecules and fungal based small molecules. Experience in upstream process
    equipment’s like Bioreactors (SS and single use bioreactor), Feed tanks and
    mixing vessels. Strong knowledge in cGMP operations with ability to interpret
    and apply them. Experience in writing and preparing GMP documents such as
    BMR, SOPs, Batch reports, Batch trending and analysis. I have proven ability to

    Biocon Biologics India Limited (Feb-2020 TO TILL DATE)-Assistant manager.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise shift operations (Unit operation like Media preparation, Feed
    • preparation, equipment cleaning and Bioreactors).
    • Monitoring and maintaining of process parameter of bioreactors.
    • Good working knowledge on process system like SCADA and HMI.
    • Preparation of sterile processing materials.
    • Review BPR and Protocols.
    • Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment measures.
    • Generated awareness on cGMP and safety norms amongst team members for implementing the
    same during shift. Implemented CAPA (Corrective & Following Preventive Action) to avoid
    delays and breakdown in processes.
    • Liaised with engineering and maintenance & Instrumentation departments for maintenance of
    equipment in compliance to organizational policies and procedures
    • Managed production activities as per schedule and timely completion of manufacturing related
