    There are two types of withdrawal:

    Requirements to withdraw Severance


    For higher education.

     Copy of the payment receipt from the educational institution, authorized by the Ministry
    of Education or certificate from the educational institution stating: Name of the student,
    name of the course, tuition fee or semester to be completed.

     To pay credit with ICETEX, attach the account statement issued by ICETEX or the
    account movement in which the name of the student, value of the debt or the amount to
    be paid is reflected.

    For diplomas and foreign language courses:

     Certificate from the educational entity that has been recognized by the Colombian
    State of the entity, stating that the diploma or language course complements the
    academic curriculum of your higher education.

    For non-formal education, Work and Human Development:

     Present the approval resolution indicating that it is an education entity for “Work and
    Human Development”; Within this resolution, the program to be taken must be
    authorized, according to the enrollment order.

    You must also attach the following documents if the withdrawal is for:

     Spouse: Copy of marriage registration.


     Permanent partner: sworn statement specifying the time of cohabitation, this must be
    equal to or greater than two years.

     Child: copy of the civil birth registration.

    For home purchase.

     Identification document and photocopy enlarged to 150%.

     Original letter on company letterhead, which includes: the signature, name and position
    of the person authorizing the employer and informing that it will be verified that the
    Severance Payments will be invested in the purchase, improvement or release of real
    estate, property tax or payment of mortgage credit intended for the member's home.
    This document must contain the following data:

     Your full names and identification number.

     Authorized value.

     Names and identification of the beneficiary (it may be a third party or the affiliate
    himself).

     Name what is dictated in article 21 of law 1429 of 2010.

    It is important that your employer remembers its obligation to verify and monitor the
    investment of the authorized money when the withdrawal concept is for the purchase of
    a home or rental repair.

    Due to termination of contract.

     Identification document and photocopy enlarged to 150%.

     Original contract termination support; in any of the following conditions:

    1. Original letter from your employer addressed to Porvenir SA informing you of the
    termination of your employment contract, your full name and identification document
    number.

    2. Communication of acceptance of your resignation, with letterhead and original


    signature of your employer, stating your full name and identification document
    number.*

    3. Support of your settlement with letterhead and original signature of your employer.*

    4. Labor certification stating the start and end time of your employment contract (with
    original signature)*
    *This document cannot be presented in case of withdrawal through the Banco AV
    Villas offices.
    Note: If your company is in the process of liquidation, you must present an original
    letter signed by the company's liquidator and a copy of the Chamber and Commerce
    certificate stating the name of the liquidator. If the company was completely liquidated,
    you must present the following documents:

     Letter informing you that you do not know the location of the employer, dates on which
    you worked and exonerating Porvenir SA from any future claim.

     Certificate from Chamber and Commerce stating that the company was liquidated, or
    the business registration has not been renewed. Important: all supporting documents
    and employer signatures must be originals; photocopies or digital signatures are not
    accepted.

    For military service.

     Written communication signed by your employer informing you that you have been
    called to perform military service.

     Identification document and photocopy enlarged to 150%.

    Due to change to full salary.

     Original letter with signature from your employer informing you of the change to full
    salary and the date from which it begins

     Identification document and photocopy enlarged to 150%.

    By employer substitution.

     Written communication from the former employer, in which they report that an employer
    substitution occurred and the date from which it begins.

     Identification document and photocopy enlarged to 150%.

    Due to the death of the member.


    Your beneficiaries must present at the Porvenir offices the documents indicated in the
    Severance Due to Member Death withdrawal form .
    If you are independent.
    Present the following documents to withdraw the Severance Payments:

     Identification document.

     Photocopy of your ID enlarged to 150%.

    marking 1 and then option 6.

    2. Once you finish validating your document number, they


    will ask you for a password. If you do not have one, an
    advisor will assign you one and you will be able to continue
