PROPOSAL

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to offer you a proposal for Execution of this
project.
We have received and reviewed the following project requirements and prepared this
proposal accordingly.
DETAILS
a. Foundation and structure: As per soil strata at site and structural drawings by
consultant.
b. Floor heights: Inner plinth upto 3’0” from natural ground. Roof slab top will be as
per drawing from inner plinth level of the building.
c. Grade of Concrete:
P.C.C: M-10 (1:3:6) with 40mm + 20mm mix metal.
R.C.C: M-20 (1: 1.5 : 3) with 20mm metal.
d. Brick work: 9” thick brick work for external walls and 4.5” thick for internal walls
with mortar 1:6 and 1:4 respectively.
e. Plinth Filling: Plinth filling with debris and moorum and water compaction and it
should be at client’s cost.
f. Elevation: Civil work to be carried out as per drawing included in offer.
4. Paint work
a. Includes: 2 coat of putty, 1 coat primer & 2 coat paint.
b. Paint finish: As done in existing rooms.
TERMS
1. The entire arrangement of all construction related machines, tools, labor etc. on the
said property will be of contractor and construction materials like bricks, sand and
cement etc. will be supplied by the client.
2. All kinds of security arrangements, following of labor laws, all government formalities
will be the responsibility of contractor. If there is any type of accident and injury with
the labor brought by the contractor, then all the responsibility will be of the contractor.
3. The measurement of plot, excavation and filling will be done by mechanical excavator.
The contractor will have to spread the rubbish and crush it. In the said cottage,
plastering work will be done from inside and outside by the contractor.
4. Excavation for footing will be done upto depth of 5 feet or upto hard strata level.
5. Work has to be executed strictly according as per the drawings given by the architect
which is signed by both client and the contractor.
6. Point of water supply, temporary electrical connection and consumption cost will be
borne by client.
7. Project completion time is strictly limited to 6 months from the date of commencement
of work. After that rate shall increase at the rate of 5% quarterly.
10. Slab and beams will be casted separately with mild steel formwork. Only cantilever
beams will be casted with slab.
11. Any type of repair and maintenance work after completion will be chargeable extra.
Amount chargeable for the above enumerated work would be @ Rs. 22,65,000/- (plus taxes
as applicable).

6. Finishing :
a. Carpentry work c. Window system installation
b. Glass work d. External drainage and external water supply
